Refunds and Cancellation

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your plan terms.

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with transaction details so we can review and resolve the issue.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and timelines depend on payment provider and banking systems.
